All outdoor and shopping trade packs were issued at the end of November and a copy of the new ‘Trade Exhibitor Guide’ as well as all appropriate application forms can be found within the download section of this site. The VAT calculated and shown on all Trade stand rentals, both on the cover letter and within the ‘Trade Exhibitor Guide’ was calculated at the prevailing rate of 17.5% at the time of printing.  Please re-calculate all VAT amounts at the new rate of 15%. We have added a new pricing structure to the list of downloadable exhibitor documents, this can be downloaded <A href="/public/exhibitor_guides/content/newpricingstructure">here</A> The Trade Exhibitor Guide has been up-dated for 2009 and so NEW for the coming year: <UL> <LI>Admission tickets – introduction of a 4 day wrist band – particularly useful for those staying on site - see page 4.</LI> <LI>Vehicle Passes - Onsite vehicle passes required for all vehicles which will be left on site during the show – see page 5.</LI> <LI>Onsite Caravan Parking – Any exhibitor who wants to park their Caravan onsite, but outside the boundaries of their trade stand must apply for a pass and pay a fee of £100.00 – see page 5 as well as the application form.  </LI> <LI>Technical Innovation Award – new closing date plus full conditions of entry and application form included within pack – see page 28</LI> <LI>Full trade guidance & limitations – this includes build-up & breakdown information as well as opening times, the full list of the appointed Service providers & Contractors as well as all the Risk Assessment guidance notes & examples.  </LI></UL> Following the success of the Renewables area at the last show we are putting together a bigger and better marquee for this years event.
