Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
The Prize Draw:
1.1 The prize draw is organized by The Royal Highland & Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS) which is incorporated under royal charter with charitable status, SC004561. The purpose of this prize draw is to raise funds for the charitable causes supported by the charity.
Eligibility:
2.1 The prize draw is open to all individuals who are aged 18 years or above at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, trustees, and volunteers of RHASS and their immediate family members are eligible to participate in the prize draw.
How to Enter:
3.1 Entry to the prize draw can be made by purchasing a ticket(s) at the designated price(s) from our website. https://shop.royalhighlandshow.org/
3.2 Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the ticket purchase process.
3.3 Each ticket purchased will be assigned to the chosen sculpture, and participants will receive confirmation of their entry via email.
Entry Deadline:
4.1 The deadline for entry to the prize draw will be specified on the RHASS website (https://shop.royalhighlandshow.org/) Please take a note of your chosen sculptures deadline date. No entries will be accepted after the stated deadline.
Entry Fee:
5.1 Each ticket will be sold at a fixed price. The proceeds from the ticket sales will go towards supporting the charitable activities of RHASS
Prize:
6.1 The prize for the draw will be clearly stated on the our website.
6.2 Individual tickets are allocated against each sculpture and each draw will be held separately.
6.3 The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
6.4 Collection of the prize will be from The Royal Highland Centre, Ingliston, EH28 8NB. Delivery can be arranged with the prize winner covering all costs
Winner Selection:
7.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received by the entry deadline.
7.2 The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the entry deadline, and the winner will be notified by email or phone using the contact information provided during the entry process.
7.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, RHASS reserves the right to select an alternative winner at its discretion.
Data Protection:
8.1 RHASS will process the personal data of participants in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found on the charity's website.
General Conditions:
10.1 By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
10.2 RHASS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
10.3 RHASS reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities.
10.4 The decision of RHASS regarding any aspect of the prize draw, including the selection of the winner, shall be final and binding.
10.5 These terms and conditions are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this prize draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
