Our Native Hebridean Salmon is a native breed of Scottish Salmon with unique Hebridean origin and heritage. Descending from the wild salmon of North Uist, Native Hebridean Salmon are raised exclusively in the Hebrides and are fully traceable to the Hebridean islands. We have recently developed our Native Hebridean Smoked Salmon, smoked exclusively at our Harris & Lewis Smokehouse on the Isle of Lewis.
