Family entertainment extravaganza promised as one-week-to-go countdown begins until Scotland’s largest outdoor event!

There is just one-week-to-go until Scotland’s largest outdoor event, the Royal Highland Show, opens its doors to over 200,000 people across four-days at the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston, for what promises to be one of the best family days out of the year!

With a jam-packed schedule of activity planned, from traditional agricultural, sheepshearing, farrier and pole-climbing competitions, to axe throwing, mini (Land) rovers, a dedicated education hub run by RHET (Royal Highland Education Trust) with pizza building, cheese tasting and sushi rolling, a Tractor Ted stand in amongst all the giant machinery, a countryside area with circus performers and over 4,000 livestock animals, along with alpacas, donkeys and horses to see, the Show is a rural playground for children and adults alike.

This is the third year of Innis & Gunn’s partnership with the Show!

With the brand’s malts sourced in Scotland - barley malted in Alloa, and spent grains collected by local farmers for cattle feed. The team will be pouring their award-winning brews at taprooms and bars throughout the event, giving visitors the chance to enjoy their full range of Scottish beers, with Tennent’s and Guinness also available.
