RHASS is a registered charity in Scotland and conducts this raffle in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and applicable regulations.
- Raffle Purpose
This Raffle has been organised to support the future of the Royal Highland Show and the Royal Highland Centre, one of Scotland’s most iconic event venues.
Funds raised will contribute towards:
- Investment in the Royal Highland Show
- Long-term development of the Royal Highland Centre
- Sustainability-focused improvements to the venue
By entering, participants are supporting RHASS’s charitable mission to promote agriculture, rural life, and community engagement in Scotland.

RHASS has partnered with Eastern Western Motor Group to support the delivery of this Raffle and associated prizes.
- Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over
Tickets must not be purchased for or on behalf of anyone under 18
Employees, trustees, agents, or anyone directly involved in the administration of the Raffle may not enter
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
- Entry and Ticket Purchase
- Each ticket costs £10
- A maximum of 2,000 tickets are available
- Tickets must be purchased online via the official RHASS website: Insert link when ready
Upon purchase:
- A unique ticket will be issued to you from our ticketing agent SEE Tickets
- Confirmation will be provided via email
Additional conditions:
- Payment must be received in full before entry is valid
- Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
- All ticket purchases are non-refundable
- RHASS is not responsible for failed or incomplete online transactions
- Opening and Closing Dates
- Opening date: Thursday 4 June 2026
- Closing date: Sunday 21 June 2026, 12:00, or earlier if all tickets are sold
Due to limited availability, RHASS reserves the right to close the Raffle early once all tickets have been sold.
- The Draw
- The draw will take place on: Sunday 21 June
- Winners will be selected at random using a fair and transparent method
The result of the draw is final.
- Prizes
Participants will have the opportunity to win the following prizes:
- A Volkswagen T-Roc and a Golden Ticket to Edinburgh Summer Sessions
- A BMW for the weekend plus a two-night stay at The Bothy at Nonikiln
- A Lexus for the weekend with a spa treatment and afternoon tea for two at Norton House Hotel & Spa
- An ID. Buzz for the weekend and a family pass to Lost Shore Surf Resort
Prize Conditions:
- Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered
- All prizes are subject to availability and provider terms
- Vehicle-related prizes are subject to:
- Valid driving licence
- Insurance approval and driver eligibility requirements
- Accommodation and experiences may be subject to:

- Booking conditions and blackout dates
RHASS reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value where necessary.
- Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw
- Winning ticket names may be published on:
- RHASS website
- RHASS social media channels
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, RHASS reserves the right to redraw.
- Prize Fulfilment
- Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification
- Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited and treated as a donation to RHASS
- Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR
Data will be used to:
- Administer the raffle
- Contact winners
- Send communications where consent has been provided
- Responsible Participation
- RHASS encourages responsible participation.

- Liability
RHASS accepts no liability for:
- Failed or incomplete website entries
- Technical errors outside its control
- Delays or cancellations relating to prize providers
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
- Publicity
By entering the Raffle, winners agree that:
- Their name and general location may be used in publicity
- They may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activity
- Amendments and Cancellation
RHASS reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Raffle where necessary due to unforeseen or regulatory circumstances.
- Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
